I started out in the veterinary industry in 2009 as an Animal Care Assistant and went on to do my nurse training and qualified as an RVN in 2016. I spent 4 years as a senior branch nurse, helping to run my own branch before going on to a referral hospital where I gained valuable knowledge and skills as a medicine nurse. I joined the Lawrie Vet Group as an RVN in August 2023 and at the start of 2026 took on the role of Lead Veterinary Nurse.
I enjoy all aspects of the job, although have a particular interest in the care/surgery of small furries and radiography.
When not at work, I enjoy going on road trips with my two crazy collies, Aspen and Willow and spending time with my six guinea pigs.
