Our veterinary care is supported by the use of a full range of modern treatments and equipment. A list of some of our services is detailed below.
Our out of hours service - VetsNOW, is a dedicated emergency and critical care provider. They are available for emergencies, pain relief and first aid during the hours that the practice is closed and they are staffed overnight. In cases where we believe your pet requires intensive care or supervision, we would advise transferring your pet to them for on going care. If you have any concerns about your pet at any time, please do not hesitate to contact them. In certain situations, we may offer the option of your pet staying in with us overnight and not being transferred to VetsNOW. This is most applicable to exotic pets and small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs, who sometimes get stressed with travelling. In these circumstances, a vet will visit the clinic during closing hours to administer treatments required to your pet. This will ensure medications can be administered at appropriate times. However, we are not staffed 24 hours, so there will be times that your pet is not supervised. If you would prefer your pet to have continuous monitoring, please discuss this with a member of the team.
